Junior Content Producer

This apprenticeship is ideal for those in job roles where they are required to produce content in the digital arena such as someone who blogs or vlogs, posts on social media and provides web content for their organisation.

Customer Service

If you choose this Apprenticeship you will gain employer led, up-to-date, flexible qualifications which meet the changing skills and needs of employers, whilst also developing the skills, knowledge and experience needed to provide excellent customer service.

Team Leading

This Apprenticeship is ideal for team leaders, first line managers or supervisors from all sectors. It develops the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to fulfil a successful management career.

Health & Social Care

These Apprenticeships have been designed to support the skills, knowledge and behaviours required in the health and social care sector for those at entry level through to leaders and managers.

Digital Marketing

The primary role of a digital marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.


These Apprenticeships are designed for driven individuals who display a passion for the recruitment industry. They develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for successful resourcers and consultants.

Human Resources

HR Professionals in this role are typically either working in a medium to large organisation as part of the HR function delivering front line support to managers and employees, or are a HR Manager in a small organisation.

Business Admin

This Apprenticeship develops a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that support progression towards management responsibilities.

Teaching Assistant

The primary role of the Teaching Assistant is to support the class teacher to enhance pupil’s learning either in groups or individually, ensuring pupils understand the work set, know their learning objectives and stay on task in order to make progress.


This Apprenticeship is for professional managers from all sectors and all sizes of organisation. It will provide you with the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to become an effective manager.

Learning & Development

This Apprenticeship will develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours within the L&D arena, allowing you to work across industrial sectors and build an exciting career as a practitioner of as a practitioner of learning.

As a Learner…

Once you decide to embark upon this exciting journey with TheLightBulb, we will help you decide which Apprenticeship is the right one and match you with a suitable employer.

When the process has begun, you will be assigned a friendly and dedicated assessor/coach, who along with your employer, will be with you every step of the way providing guidance and support as you learn.

An Apprenticeship will typically last a minimum of 12 months and almost all of it will be completed at your place of employment, with supporting workshops held at TheLightBulb offices.  These workshops will give you the chance to make friends with other apprentices, compare ideas and share experiences in a professional yet friendly atmosphere.

As you progress through each stage of the programme, our online software allows you to view your progress, connect with other apprentices in employment and contact your assessor.
