This Accelerated Apprenticeship Skills Bootcamp has been designed to equip learners with the underpinning industry knowledge and transferable skills to enable them to become an economically viable and productive member of staff when they transition directly into the practical elements of a Digital Marketer or Content Creator apprenticeship. It will provide learners with a taste of working in the marketing sector whilst achieving industry recognised qualifications.

We have worked closely with employers to create this highly interactive, practical and creative Skills Bootcamp which develops knowledge and skills needed within the sector. As part of this co-design employers are providing marketing and content production briefs to deliver real life industry campaign experience for the participants. This programme uses a combination of tutor led workshops, 1:1 coaching and support sessions, e-learning content and self-study as well as promoting collaborative peer to peer engagement.

Throughout the programme appropriate IAG and employability support will be delivered to ensure the learner is ready for employment.

At the end of the programme the learner will have created a portfolio of work samples and a presentation to deliver to prospective employers at their guaranteed interview.  They will have prepared a learning impact statement to detail the knowledge and skills they have developed throughout the programme and will have worked towards achieving industry recognised qualifications.
