The programme provides training courses for Londoners aged 19+ who are looking to kickstart their career, boost their employability skills or upskill to take the next step in their current role.
Courses are 100% Government-funded and cover Customer Service & Hospitality, Digital Skills, Web Design, Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care, Creative Skills, Building & Construction, Maths and English Functional Skills and ESOL Speaking and Listening Skills.

If you are aged 19+, live in a London borough, have lived in the UK for 3+ years and are unemployed or earning below the London Living wage we have a training course for you.
If you need help in finding a job, are thinking about changing careers or are looking to progress in your current role, Skills for Work can help you.

As the skills and training arm of Get Set UK, TheLightBulb has been delivering employability and skills training across the UK for 20 years, successfully delivering ESF Skills Support for the Unemployed and employed, the Restart Scheme, Skills Bootcamps, and Apprenticeships programmes.
All of our courses are delivered by qualified tutors either in person or online.
Face-to-face training courses are delivered in one of our local London Get Set offices during family-friendly hours.
Online training will be delivered through a combination of online workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions combined with self-paced learning through the Learning Curve Portal.
