TheLightBulb in partnership with GetSet UK are happy to announce that we will be running engaging and interactive Skills Bootcamps.

We will be delivering three brand new Skills Bootcamps from September in Digital Marketing, and for those wanting to join an apprenticeship Accelerated Apprenticeships in Digital Marketer or Content Creator.  Employers this is a fantastic opportunity to access new staff that have gained relevant digital knowledge and skills over a 12 week period and that can come onboard to immediately improve your digital presence. Our design concept is different to others so if you want to join a tutor led, interactive programme which uses employer designed projects to expand your knowledge and practical skills then TheLightBulb programme is the one for you.

What are Skills Bootcamps?

They are free, flexible courses for adults aged 19 or over. They give people the opportunity to build up valuable sector-specific skills based on local employer demand and provide a direct path to a job on completion. This training is for adults who are either in work, self-employed, unemployed or returning to work after a break.

Employers contribute to the cost of training if they want to use Skills Bootcamps to train their existing employees.

Large employers contribute 30% of the cost, and small or medium employers (SMEs) contribute 10%.

Existing employees may need time to study and attend classes depending on their working hours and status and the flexibility of the course.
