
Job Description:
In this role, you will be provided with the training and tools to work from a Recruitment Apprentice and progress to Director level. You will be fully trained in all areas and have the opportunity to learn from experienced Consultants that have successfully been on the journey you are about to start.
What will you be doing:
- Resourcing candidates via various methods available
- Database searching
- Posting job adverts via job boards
- Headhunting candidates
- Arranging interviews, interview preparation and follow up
- Keeping in contact with candidates to update on any change in circumstances
- Continuously maintaining a strong relationship with all candidates
- Liaising with Compliance when needed
- Dealing with candidate’s issues that arise such as payroll, shift patterns accommodation etc
- Other ah-hoc tasks relevant to your role

What training will you take and what qualification will you get at the end:
- You will achieve the Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard
- You will have a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- Time will be allowed for off the job training
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 3/D) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 3/D) essential
