Annual Wage: £9,609,60
Hours: 35 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Job Description:
We are Painting and Decorating company, with our head office based in Basildon, offering an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our friendly office team as an office administrator.
What will you be doing?
- Filing
- Scanning documents and saving to job files
- Answering the telephone
- To provide administrative support to the team and management
- Ordering stationary
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business Administration Standard
- There will be workshops that you need to attend
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
