Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice

Hours: 30 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Thursday 9.00 – 5.00
Job Description:
As part of your role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various teaching positions around the world. You will be supported throughout your training and guided to help find the ideal candidate for various positions in Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China and many more countries around the world.
What will you be doing?
- Identify and source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
- Review job descriptions focusing on qualifications and requirements to find the right candidate
- Screen candidates' resumes and qualifications to determine their suitability for open positions
- Conduct phone screening with candidate to assess their fit for the role
- Conduct phone interviews/online video call with candidates to assess their fit for the role
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track candidate activity
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and other members of the HR team
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard
- There will be workshops that you need to attend
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
