Accounts/Admin Apprentice
Location: CM15 9SL – Brentwood
Annual Wage: £9,609,60
Hours: 35 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Job Description:
We offer building contracting, professional procurement and award-winning consultancy Business services for residential and commercial projects within the construction industry.
What will you be doing?
- Researching and resolving issues and exceptions
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Finding, creating, and maintaining customer accounts
- Communicating regularly with clients and addressing their concerns
- Keeping track of transactions and payments
- Office Admin tasks, including post, stationery control, Ad Hoc. Invoice processing
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Bank reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Consulting with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business Administration Standard
- There will be workshops that you need to attend
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Qualifications
