Job Description:

What will you be doing:

  • Answering the phone and providing good customer service
  • Solving customer queries
  • Working alongside all our departments with learner enquires
  • Responding to enquiries via Email, over the Phone and live chat
  • General reporting duties
  • Assisting learners with enrolments
  • Contributing to department KPI targets

What training will you take and what qualification will you get at the end:

  • You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • There are workshops that you need to attend
  • You will have a Mentor who will support you to achieve your apprenticeship
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role


  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) desirable
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) desirable
