Athona Recruitment are a large employer who have worked in partnership with TheLightBulb to build an apprenticeship programme that develops staff across all departments and meets their organisational needs.
“TheLightBulb have provided us with a very personal service. Right from the start they took the time to understand our business and with regular dialogue and feedback they have become what feels like, an extension of us.
…They are always willing to support our apprenticeship events, listen to our needs and provide us with apprentices that are the right “fit”.
We now have a number of apprentices who are a considerable way into their apprenticeship programme, they have added tremendously to our business and the support they have received from their assessors means they are all on track to complete and succeed.
The relationship between the apprentice and their assessor is an important one and the quality provided by The Lightbulb has been ideal.”
