Job Description

TheLightBulb is an Essex-based company, part of the Get Set UK Group committed to the development and growth not only of their clients’ employees but of their own. TheLightBulb works in partnership with the government to deliver funded Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, Training courses and commercial training courses across a range of industry sectors.
- Manage a caseload of learners ensuring monthly progress is made aligned to their individual learning plan and targets, leading to the timely completion of their qualification/apprenticeship
- Support and train learners in the broader development of their skills and knowledge to enable them to meet their aspirations and fulfil their potential
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of allocated learners
- Ensure that a quality learning journey is delivered to all learners meeting the requirement of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
- Ensure that TheLightBulb, awarding organisation, end point assessment organisations and other relevant stakeholders quality assurance and compliance procedures are adhered to
