
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our growing team. As a Business Administration Apprentice we would expect you to be able to carry out several Administrative and Planning tasks as well as learning several CRM and Microsoft packages to support the company functions
What will you be doing:
- Planning and Managing for Meetings, Conferences and Travel
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising and catering
- Answers phone calls
- Maintains stock lists, inventory and orders office and inventory supplies as needed
- Interacts with Directors and carries out their requests
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Manage incoming potential client requests, assigning them and ensuring these are followed up on in a timely manner
- Customer Relationship
- Managing Client software and information
- Developing and Preparing Meeting Presentations, Client Presentations and Proposals

What training will you take and what qualification will you get at the end:
- You will achieve the Level 3 Business Administration Appreniceship Standard.
- There will be workshops to attend via Zoom.
- You will have a mentor who will support you on a one to one basis.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9-4) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 9-4) desirable
