Administration Apprentice
Location: SS11 7QL – Wickford
Annual Wage: £9,609.60
Hours: 35 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday – 9:am to 5:00pm
Job Description:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised and self-motivated to join our growing team where the candidate will gain invaluable knowledge on running a small business.
What will you be doing?
- Managing subscriptions to the print magazine.
- Handling post
- Helping to manage the office
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Accounting admin (processing invoices, credit chasing)
- Arranging meetings
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- There will be workshops that you need to attend
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
