Job Description:

Gower Dawes are looking for a Customer Service/Administrator. Your job role will involve interacting with potential clients. You will learn how to become a negotiator, learning all aspects of the business.

What will you be doing:

  • Interacting with potential clients
  • Dealing with client queries via the telephone and email
  • Some reception cover when required
  • Filing
  • Data Entry
  • Arranging viewings
  • Using the in house system at Gower Dawes
  • Supporting all staff with the general administration duties throughout the office
  • You will learn all aspects of the business

What training will you take and what qualification will you get at the end:

  • TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service Standard
  • You will need to attend 4 workshops remotely via Zoom
  • You will complete Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
  • 20% off the job training will be included
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role


  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) desirable
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) desirable
