Compliance Administrator Apprentice
Location: SS12 9JF – Wickford
Annual Wage: £19,760
Hours: 40 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday
Job Description:
Asbestos compliance and admin assistant, data entry, quality checking paperwork, assisting operations manager with day to day tasks.
What will you be doing?
- Exposure data entry
- Daily paperwork printing (Quality Checking)
- Waste Consignment Note checking & printing
- Closing out site paperwork
- Air Monitoring requests
- Site Signage, print and laminating
- Notification Planner management
- Answer telephone to clients & suppliers
- Assist Ops Manager with day to day tasks
- Opportunities to learn about the business and understand the industry with occasional site visits and additional training
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business AdministratorApprenticeship Standard
- You will need to attend workshops remotely via Zoom
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
