Apprentice – Rainham

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a customer service apprentice. You will be fully supported with training.

What will you be doing:

  • Answers phone calls
  • Maintain stock lists, inventory and orders office and inventory supplies as needed
  • Interacts with Directors and carries out their requests
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Manage incoming potential client requests, assigning them and ensuring these are followed up on in a timely manner
  • Customer Relationship

What training will you take and what qualification will you get at the end:

  • TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service Standard
  • You will need to attend 4 workshops remotely via Zoom
  • You will complete Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
  • 20% off the job training will be included
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) desirable
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) desirable

  • 40 hours a week
