Patient Liaison Apprentice
Location: CM12 9LR – Billericay
Annual Wage: £8,236.80
Hours: 30 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday Candidates must be able to work both early shifts (starting from 7am) and afternoon shifts (finishing at 6.30 pm)
Job Description:
We are looking for 3 enthusiastic team members to work in our busy surgery. The rights candidates must be able to work both early shifts (starting from 7am) and afternoon shifts (finishing at 6.30 pm).
What will you be doing?
- Answering calls
- Booking appointments
- Handing out results
- Requesting blood tests
- Navigating the patient to the correct path
- Dealing with queries, scanning and matching clinical letters, answering emails
- It is important to have some IT skills and most of the job is done on the computer
- Ideally the candidate will be a driver, with the option to occasionally work from the other two locations, East Tilbury and Witham
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
- You will need to attend workshops remotely via Zoom
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
