Apprentice Sales/Customer Service

Hours: 40 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday – 9:00 – 5:00
Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the sales and lettings team, as a customer service practitioner. You will be handling property enquiries, registering applicants and arranging viewings.
What will you be doing?
- Dealing with telephone; email and walk-in enquiries from both applicants and clients
- Registering applicants and inputting data on property software
- Booking sales and lettings viewings
- Booking sales and lettings property valuations
- Draft property brochures
- Liaising with clients, providing viewing feedback, putting forward offers; sales and letting progression
- Maintaining window display
What training and qualification will you receive?
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
- You will need to attend workshops remotely via Zoom
- You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Qualifications
