This fantastic result is confirmation of the hard work by everyone involved at TheLightBulb; staff, learners and employers.
Ofsted recognised that we are serving the local community, helping the long term unemployed back into work and offering apprentices opportunities to develop good work-related skills and knowledge as a result of the training we provide. They were impressed with how our tutors use their substantial vocational expertise to give learners a realistic understanding of their chosen area of work.
