What is this framework?

This Apprenticeship has been developed for up and coming individuals who are stepping into management roles but is also suitable for those in management roles who lack any formal qualifications or simply need up skilling.  Choosing this apprenticeship will provide learners with the essential tools needed in any management position.  Communication and decision making skills, relationship building, coaching and mentoring skills and negotiation and influencing skills are all paramount in becoming an effective manager.

By developing the knowledge and competences required, learners will be able to lead teams proficiently, identify and manage diversity, manage productivity, give feedback, brief teams and manage and improve customer service within the organisation.

Which qualifications will be achieved?

  • ILM NVQ Certificate in Management Level 3
  • ILM Certificate in Effective Management Level 3
  • Communication Level 2
  • Application of Number Level 2
  • ICT Level 2
  • Non Accredited Employee Rights and Responsibilities module
