This Apprenticeship is intended to attract new talent into a career in care or to help upskill your existing career.  If this apprenticeship is chosen learners will gain employer led, up to date, flexible qualifications which meet the changing skills needs within this industry.  Learners will also develop the skills, knowledge and experience needed to look after the well-being and comfort of individuals.

If this apprenticeship is chosen learners will be able to gain employer led, up to date, flexible qualifications which meet the changing skills needs within this industry. Learners will also develop the skills, knowledge and experience needed to look after the well-being and comfort of individuals. For an advanced apprentice these skills could involve competence in a specialist area and/ or across a varied range of responsibilities.

This Higher Apprenticeship is intended for existing staff working in Adults' Residential Management, Adults' Management, Adults' Advanced Practice, or as a Manager of Specialist Adult Social Care Services.

This level will suit you if you are responsible for running a facility that provides social care services for adults. You might be an assistant or deputy manager, or a manager who has not yet achieved a recognised vocational qualification at this level.
