This Apprenticeship is intended to attract new talent into a career in Customer Services or to help up skill the existing workforce. If this apprenticeship is chosen learners will gain employer led, up to date, flexible qualifications which meet the changing skills needs of employers, and develop the skills, knowledge and experience needed to provide excellent customer services.
What is this framework?
This Apprenticeship is intended to attract new talent into a career in Customer Services or to help up skill the existing workforce. Undertaking this apprenticeship will help individuals to learn and understand the key concepts of customer service and how to apply customer service knowledge and skills in the workplace. For an Advanced apprentice these skills could involve improving customer satisfaction, team leading, improving customer loyalty, gather and analysing customer feedback, processing complaints and maintaining reliable customer services.
