Train the Trainer

Today was the second day of the City and Guilds, Train the Trainer course, all learners were presented a certificate from their trainer, Carol Hurry. Before the certificates were presented Joanne Cole, our Delivery and Quality Administrator, spoke to the group to receive some feedback from the learners. Lynn Atkins says “I really enjoyed
this course! When I started, I didn’t have much self-confidence but I feel that my confidence has grown. The course was hard work but very worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this course.” Steve Townsend another learner (also an assessor for TheLightBulb) states “I believe the entire group has recognised their strengths since attending this course. I have really enjoyed it.” Another learner adds “The course was very practical, not too much theory; therefore we were able to put learning into practice”
