As a company we decided to redirect our money that we normally spend on seasonal gifts and cards to two local organisations that help our community, HARP (Homeless Action Resource Project) and Basildon Woman's Aid.

The company donated £250 to each organisation and staff raised £100 which was split between the two chosen charities, therefore each organisation was given a donation of £300.

HARP is using the money to take 10 people to Scotland for a “meaningful activity”. They will be planting trees in the forest in aid for the eco project and doing other various activities.  The money will help pay for their stay and travel in Scotland.

Basildon Woman’s Aid will use the money to help support women and children.
