I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself; my name is Joanne Cole I am the Delivery and Quality Administrator for TheLightBulb and have worked here just over 4 years. My job role is slightly changing and I have recently undertaken social networking course’s such as Facebook, Linked In and Twitter.
